This project focused on improving the overall experience for both cab drivers and passengers by redesigning the car dashboard interface and ride interaction flow. The aim was to reduce distractions for drivers, streamline communication, and build greater trust and comfort for clients throughout the ride experience. The design process began with field research and user interviews involving both drivers and passengers to identify pain points—such as complex navigation, lack of real-time updates, and unclear communication cues. Based on these insights, I developed a more intuitive and driver-friendly dashboard layout, along with features that provided clients with clear ride information, driver verification, and safety prompts.
